We're building the digital twin of the spinning mill
EuforiTex keeps a live record of a mill as it runs: who is on the floor, which frames they run, what each machine produces, and in time, which machine caused a fault in the yarn. The first layer runs daily at a working mill.

The vision
The mill, modelled in four layers
Each layer records something the floor already does, so the record builds up as the shift runs. Read from the bottom up: each one is built on the records of the layer below it.
- L1
People
LiveEvery worker identified by card at the gate and in the department, with rosters, leave and hours in one record.
- L2
Machines
Rolling outEvery frame registered with a QR tag. Siders assigned side by side and counted for incentives.
- L3
Production
RoadmapShift readings entered by scanning the machine's tag, checked against limits before they're saved.
- L4
Insight
RoadmapQuality faults traced back to the upstream machine that caused them.
Where it leadsWhen a fault shows up downstream, the trace looks back across the upstream machines, allowing for the days yarn spends in between, to the one that caused it.

It starts with the people on the floor
Every machine reading and every quality fault needs to know who was on the frame, so the twin starts there. We built that layer inside a working mill, and these are the cases it had to get right.
- Two shifts or three
- Some mills run two long shifts, others three. Each plant sets its own shifts and timings, including shifts that end the next morning.
- Night shifts cross midnight
- If someone forgets to scan out and turns up the next morning, yesterday's shift is closed at their last gate exit instead of running all night.
- Rosters rotate
- Each worker's shift and weekly off come from the roster the mill already circulates, whether it turns every 14 days or every 28.
- Power cuts stop the frames
- HR deducts a stoppage from a whole shift in one entry, and payroll sees the reason for each.
- Records get corrected
- Corrections go in as adjustments, so the original scans stay on record for the next audit.

Start with attendance on its own. Machines and production use the same worker records, so they plug in when you're ready. We reply within five business days.
